We try to keep things very simple here, and no funny business about refunds.

If you buy one of my COURSES and decide it’s not for you, just drop me a note and ask for a refund — no problem! I don’t want you wasting your time and money on a course that’s not what you need.

Other digital products, like sheet music downloads, I don’t feel very good about promising a refund, since you’re buying digital access, and there’s no way to revoke that. If you have a problem, let me know, and we’ll work it out one way or another.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS are printed “on demand” so it’s not fair to ask for a refund, unless it arrives broken or messed up somehow. Again, if you have a problem, let me know so we can solve it.
